Alejandra Vargas
CEO

Alejandra Vargas is the chief executive officer of W King Cares Group. For the past 13 years, she has been the dedicated office manager at W. King Health Care Group, where she plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Her responsibilities include hiring and training staff, coordinating patient care, managing office policies, and overseeing compliance with healthcare regulations. Alejandra's calm and organized approach ensures that patients receive high-quality care in a professional and welcoming environment.

 

Since 2015, Alejandra has also served as the Clinical Trial Site Director, overseeing multiple pivotal HIV treatment studies, contributing to advancements in medical research. Her work includes coordinating clinical trials for new HIV therapies and ensuring all protocols are followed meticulously.

 

Alejandra earned her degree in Architecture from J.T. Lozano University in Bogotá, Colombia. She brings strong skills in electronic medical records (EMR) management, Spanish translation, and budget oversight. Her ability to manage complex clinical operations while fostering a supportive environment has made her an invaluable part of the team at W. King Health Care Group.

William King
Medical director and secretary 

Dr. William D. King, a Los Angeles native, established his private practice near his childhood home. He earned a degree in Cellular/Molecular Biology from California State University, Northridge, and a dual degree in medicine and law from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr. King completed his internal medicine residency at Harvard Medical School's Cambridge Hospital, where he was Chief Resident. He completed fellowships at UCLA in the Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholars Program and in HIV clinical research. Board-certified in Internal Medicine and a certified HIV specialist, Dr. King is an associate professor at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science. He serves on the Los Angeles Commission on HIV and the AAHIVM Academy Council for Racial Equity. A recognized expert in HIV/AIDS, Dr. King has published extensively, led clinical trials, and received numerous awards, including the LACMA 2023 Independent Physician Leadership Award. He is married with two daughters.

Naher Elramly

Naher Elramly is an accomplished Arab-American immigrant and devoted mother of two who has dedicated her career to serving her community. As Vice President of a local community bank, she is passionate about empowering others through financial literacy and accessible banking services.
 

In addition to her professional role, Naher served on non-profit boards, where she advocated for initiatives that uplift underserved populations. Her commitment to service extends beyond her professional life; she volunteers her time and skills in various community projects, believing that every small effort can lead to significant change.

Driven by a deep desire to help others,Naher is committed to fostering a sense of belonging and opportunity for all in her community. Whether through her work, volunteer efforts, or as a supportive mother, she is a true champion for those around her.

Objectives

  • Raise Funds: Launch fundraising campaigns to support patients in need and cover medical supplies and services.

  • Increase Community Health Impact: Expand free health services offered by W King Health Care Group to more underserved populations.
